We had a meeting today (Tuesday 26th January) and we talked about how we think this should go about.
We also discussed about deadlines and when each stage should be completed.
We also talked about what each person will be doing.
So we created a deadline timetable, where we wrote down all the work that needs to be done and then we all agreed on the date that certain task should be completed, e.g All Animation should be completed by April 4th. It my last project (RTE), we done this at the beginning of the project and for the best part we stuck to it and it really helped us.

We also then wrote out a list of what work needs to be done for this piece to be finished and then we all agreed on who will be working on what. Again we done this for the RTE project and it helped us a lot to get the piece finished and completed well within the time allocated.
